Christine's Specialties, Mission and Philosophy
My specialties include weight loss, fat loss, weight management, strength training, coaching in healthy lifestyle modification, circuit training, high intensity interval training (HIIT), women's fitness, core and functional training--and unlimited support and motivation. I am also experienced at designing programs for aging populations and those with orthopedic issues.
My training mission is to educate, motivate and empower you to achieve your fitness goals one step at a time. My approach to training includes educational and motivational coaching techniques in goal setting and achievement. Your fitness and health goals are my priority. I will teach you, challenge you, and ensure you have a little fun along the way! I love every minute of leading others to a fit and healthy lifestyle.
My philosophy is about safely training you to the best of your ability. Movement patterns, functional training, and challenging the body safely and progressively. For optimal health, wellness, and disease prevention and management, you need to put in both the physical effort and eat healthy and clean. I believe you can achieve your goals, and I create an exercise program that works with your busy lifestyle as well as coach you in nutrition and making healthy lifestyle choices.
